Individual Consultation
Takes place via Zoom for 60 minutes $150/hr

Begins with an introductory call to identify your goals with EMDR therapy and what you have achieved thus far with EMDR therapy.

Your time in consultation will be specifically tailored to your specific goals and needs
Group Consultation
Groups are 60-120 minutes and are offered on Zoom $50/hr

Groups often focus on topics such as addictions, grief, disordered eating, or integration of other models such as IFS and Polyvagal

Group members are most often working toward EMDR certification or to become an Approved Consultant
